Consultant of the World Bank on railroad restructuring. Graduate of Warsaw School of Economics and MBA studies at the Carlson School of Management and the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs, University of Minnesota. In 1997-2000, advisor and head of the political cabinet of Finance Minister Leszek Balcerowicz. Macroeconomic advisor in the private employers organization Confederation Lewiatan. Advisor and Director of the International Department at the National Bank of Poland. In 2003-2008, a member of the Board of Executive Directors of the World Bank Group. President of the Management Boards of PKO TFI S.A. (2008-12), Polish State Railways S.A. (2012-15) and Luma Investment S.A. (2016-19). Researcher and academic lecturer at the Warsaw School of Economics. A scholarship holder of the Margaret Thatcher Foundation. Holds a diploma of a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Currently a participant of postgraduate studies titled “Blockchain: Business, Law and Technology” at the Warsaw School of Economics and a member of the Association of Polish Economists.
